Time to open up your web2.0 Slangtionary and add a new entry as yet another term rises from the collective mindset that gathered at Podcamp Pitsburgh.

The name give to notifications emails such as your someone writing upon facebook wall or a new friend request under twitter or the most recent billing information from your mobile company. This is the automated communication from systems which are above Spam but beneath actual conversations.

I had quite a bit of bacn on Sunday though all of it was from facebook letting me know people were sending me messages.
